Our Story
Born and raised in South Africa, Justin Anthony has always been driven by passion—first as a rising soccer star, and later as a visionary entrepreneur. After attending the University of South Africa and London Business School, he relocated to the United States at just 23 years old, determined to pursue a career in professional soccer. However, a devastating knee injury forced him to step away from the sport he loved, setting him on an unexpected but equally dynamic path: revolutionizing the hospitality industry.
In 1998, Justin introduced Atlanta to South African cuisine by opening 10 Degrees South, the first restaurant of its kind in the U.S. What began as a single restaurant soon evolved into a full-fledged lifestyle hospitality group, bringing the vibrant flavors, culture, and energy of South Africa to Atlanta. Today, his portfolio includes Lions Head Private Members Club, Yebo Beach Haus, and The Cape Restaurant & Beach Bar—each embodying a distinct fusion of South African elevated cuisine and immersive experiences.
Alongside his wife, Kelly Wolf Anthony, a world-renowned interior designer, Justin has cultivated a signature blend of experience and style that extends beyond their restaurants and into every facet of their life. Together, they have created spaces—both at home and in hospitality—that feel effortless yet deeply considered. Their shared passion for art, detail, aesthetics, and comfort results in environments that are not just visually stunning but also instinctively welcoming. Whether designing a dining room or a dinner party, they understand that true hospitality is about evoking feeling, a seamless interplay of ambiance, service, and warmth.
With an unwavering commitment to innovation, authenticity, and world-class hospitality, Justin continues to redefine the dining and lifestyle landscape, seamlessly blending global influence with South African soul.
